Intellectual Property

Public portfolio items may use demo projects, concept work, sample case studies, or internal concepts until real client permission is available. Codvya does not present fake clients, fake testimonials, or fake results as real work.
Cancellation, Refunds, Maintenance, And Support
Cancellation, refund, maintenance, and support terms should be defined in the project agreement. Ongoing maintenance is separate unless it is included in the agreed scope.
